The Anatomy of Anxiety
Anxiety is not something we should be pathologizing, and it's certainly not something that we can gluten free or decaf coffee. Our way out of it is um it's our inner compass. It's a true north that's here to tell us, slow down, pay attention. And it's basically asking us to acknowledge what doesn't feel right in our lives. Even though it can be terrifying, it can feel like it blows up our life, it's asking us to translate that feeling into some kind of purposeful action.
