The Fentanyl Crisis

When the 702 program was approved by Congress in 2008, this was at the height of the American campaign against al Qaeda and related Salafist terrorist organizations. And so now we've gotten into literally the fentanyl crisis. This has become a linchpin argument on the part of the FBI and NSA that while we're getting data about foreign fentanyl flowing into the U.S., it seems to me fentanyl is a problem.
