The Evidence Should Have Been Turned Over, Right?
There is simply no question that this evidence should have been turned over by the prosecution. Especially if it's testing done on a piece of evidence that is a cornerstone to the prosecution's story. What you have during the murder is maybe you have someone with inside knowledge and I'll return to the inside knowledge in a second. But all of a sudden we learn that one of the key prosecution witnesses, Eric Burley, likes to rob people with a revolver.
