Protein is so incredibly important. Our protein needs actually increased with age. My protein needs probably as a 51 year old female are much more than they were even 10 years ago. If you don't get your protein map, guess what? You're going to crave fat and carbohydrates. Insulin sensitivity will become more insulin resistant. Menopause is a real thing. And the way to get ahead of that is to make sure you're eating enough protein, getting high quality sleep and you're lifting heavy things.
