AI can't really put into account personality so we would have offices literally just filled with very interesting people that you know still have the job. But got hired by humans and like the most fucking soulless vampires because it doesn't account for Personality. It's about lying out of your ass but repairing those lies very carefully when you are asked sub questions for said lies. Once you get into the job actually yeah sitting down and learning how to do the shit that you just fake lied about is 85% of it.
