Asha devas first met whales off the coast of shilanka. She says whale songs are more than beautiful, they help them find food and navigate their environment. Whales also transport fertilizer in the form of their feces from places that have it to places that need it. Whale carcasses provide a feast to some fohundred odd species, including the eel shaped slime producing hag fish.
