If you consider yourself full time and the employer considers yourself full time, I would suggest checking the full time box. If you're a teacher in another position under contract for at least eight out of 12 months, you must meet the full time standard if you work in an average of 30 hours per week. The Department of Education is going to really question that if that box is checked and your employer signs it.
