How Long Have You Been Deleting Instagram?

i love best laid plans. I've felt inspired to give up instagram forever, but i'm a content manager for my job. Did you have any withdrawals from your time deleting instigram? And how long did it take you to enjoy missing out on the graham?  I left facebook very like abruptly in 20 16, and didn't really have a problem with that.
