The Government Didn't Have to Do This

My primary concern is going to be with the 2,700 people who are living with the mass clicord hanging over their head of eviction. They now have no safeguards in place. So, I mean, the government didn't have to do this. This isn't at the scale where the government is going to collapse but it's certainly very uncomfortable for them because they don't have the answers.
