I think there's that subconscious knowing of you know what I'm doing that we all have done or due to some extent because we're not perfect but just that subconscious knowing right of this is not this is not good for yeah the earth that holds me right. When you do start to become more conscious and even do those tiny things like just composting some scraps or you know picking up garbage and nearby field by your house those little moments I think that also starts to build a lot of self-worth because you are taking care of yourself that way.
