The idea that you can plung your mind into a computer and all that kind of thing. It's not the same kind of physical enhancement that you get with six million dollar man but it is, it's of the same genus at least. One of the things garaci is interested in in this book is the way in which there is a presence in of basically a sort of apocalyptic theology in popular science books on rabotics and artificial intelligence.
