The Code of Ethics in Practices of Journalism
i have just complicated feelings about vigilante journalism in general especially when those journalists that are doing it aren't journalists obviously i think it's great if somebody who has learned the ethics in practices of journalism is independently researching and reporting on something sometimes you have to do that. The amount of abuse a journalist got particularly female journalists is fucking insane but like the anonymity before they can't be you know became public is such a privilege to have well no my dad works in the newsroom as a copy editor but because he is like touching what goes into the news his parents aren't allowed to put political science on their front porch during elections.
