Are You Going to Do Violence in a Group That's Not?

There's who's organized, and then there's who's willing to use violence to rechieve. When you have a group that's willing to escalate to violence, they they have an advantage. The intelligence coming up to the obom administration was that there are not crazy, hard core islemists who want to destroy the world here. We need to help them get organized and armed. Those ones are going to push everybody to the side. And we didn't do that early on.
