Resveratro is purported to work as being a calorie restriction mimetic, I think it's described. It was thought not to have efficacy, but now there's a resurgence in the research proving that it could actually mimic calories. And perhaps safely, I'm not too sure the side effects are of high dose of Resveratro. But you certainly can't get it from dry peanuts and wine in the doses that we're talking about.
