People ops makes sure that everything is still aligned especially with most of our company being remote right now. We have slack instead of like group needs to we do slack which is less traditional than the email approach. When a new employee comes on we put that in the slack to local and then it's something that we have an app called donut where it will combine you with other peers within the organization for video chats. Once a quarter we send like a love type of box to every employee. And also allowing your office to be at home to be as much of an office as possible.
