A Farmer's Perspective on the Pandemic

Sally Kohn: It's a really interesting time in human history because we're all waking up to the idea that we are disconnected from nature. 150 years ago, almost 100% of humanity was engaged in the agricultural process at some level. Today less than 1% is involved in the process of producing food for the rest of the 99%. She says people going to either individual farms or farmers markets grew 420% year over year after pandemic.
