Every country will have a code of conduct for doctors, which typically applies to the medical workplace. In recent years, different medical bodies have tried to bring in some social media guidance. The idea of a doctor promoting something I don't think is in itself a conflict. But what you had also mentioned, Jen, is a lot of the time doctors are not declaring that they are necessarily being paid - definitely against guidelines.
