The Importance of Focusing on Strengths and Weaknesses
I think it's a little bit of both, you know, if you have certain things that are weaknesses, frankly, sometimes you just need to get to a certain baseline in order to achieve the goals that you had. At the same time, I don't think it's very, very hard to make the things that you're naturally not that strong at or that you don't find interesting and somehow turn them into your greatest assets. Because we are also wired in a particular way where certain things resonate with us more.
