The Real Estate Debt Crisis
Real estate provides the asset in the cash flow and the tax right off tid allow you to control the debt. When you can control the debt for a long period of time, overtime, the lation reduces the cost of the debt. And that's where the wealth is. But if you're going to use debt, you'd better get educated, because it's the most dangerous thing you can play with. It's fabulous, but do it legally, cause you don't want to go off to jail with your hands behind your back.
