I think historically, if I talk about my asymmetric process, initially it was very much similar to probably what Danny's gonna talk about in terms of a general thought process around why you implement isometric training. But really the way I went around it was a little bit more specific. So I was very much considering, right, there's this general stimulus that will occur. That's fantastic and that will transfer. But if I can also look at a sporting movement and a find out what sort of muscle action is involved in that sporting movement, then I have a box if you like that I can tick. And then once I've assumed, so for example, running was one of those boxes
