Hell and Heaven

When I was a kid, I thought of hell mainly as a location for cartoons and tap that I'm going to guess you probably had a similar exposure. The idea that hell is actually very nearby to where you might live was surprisingly prevalent along with the apparently complimentary idea that heaven is literally in the sky slash in outer space once we started to have a stronger concept of cosmology. People did think of these things in surprisingly literal terms or maybe not surprising, depending on your perspective.
