China and the US Trade Relations

There's always been a way to have a conversation about mutually interesting problems that we could solve together. We had ongoing dialogues of various levels and various sorts with the Soviet Union despite the tensions involved in the relations. I just don't see a sign of going there. The question in the end will be who replaces Liha, who's going to be retired. And hopefully down the road, maybe that would lead to something better.
