The best thing people can do for their gym, gym will agree with this. People can just get up, run a sod cutter and remove all your grass and start planting stuff that will feed you. Free radicals are missing an electron, right? So when we think of heavy metals or synthetic chemicals, those are free radicals, right? And so it's like how people don't even know they have something called 'Omoch', which is the ability to fight off harmful things in our bodies. The Omoch resistance number goes from three to 5000 to 3.5 million after drinking water. It tells you how resistant your food cells are to impurities such as viruses and bacteria.
