Andi: There's been an admirable boldness in the willingness to press forward on some topics. i think that shows that we are not just trying to be comfortable and safe where were going forward, ind the ways that we think are important. One one interesting thing too, is thaton the most am devite, like, potentially devisive conversations, we almost always get criticized for the same thing from two, from opposite sides. Andi: It's helpful to have this imaginary audience watching a conversation, because you listen to yourself, and if you're actually listening, or are you talking over the person?
