Meditation - How to Relieve Discomfort in a Meditative State

Beaware when you enter a meditative state that it's most likely going to actually amplify discomfort initially. All those thoughts can enter, and you can simply usher them out with a mentre over and over and over. And i do something similar before i go to sleep to clear my mind,. I write down everything that could possibly keep me awake, and i make a running list of key words or a sentence. Then i fold it up and put it in my drawer.
