In the book you talk about the three principles of participatory organisations. The purpose is what is this organisation really trying to do in the world that's so big that it needs people to help it do it? And then prototype is really just saying like you can't flip a utopian switch and transform a whole thing overnight. So yes, the three P's is really an offer of a mental model to leaders who want to reshape their organisations from whatever sector as a sort of a mentalmodel to think with.
