Whatever emotion you're feeling, that is the fuel that's driving your action. Pressure, stress, worry, hurriedness, rushness is going to lead to a lot of quick action really quickly. Rejection is self-deprecation and hating yourself for where you're at. Radical acceptance is accepting loving yourself where you'reat and taking action to get where you want to go.
Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” This is what radical acceptance means. Practicing radical acceptance won’t mean you’ll stay stuck, it's what will fuel the change you want.
