A salad burger would be one with essentially a salad. Lettuce onions tomato, crouton, cheese and ketchup are all in there. Sometimes it's thousand island dressing or vinaigrette emulsion. Why don't we call it a bacon burger? Because what people assume that people think that lettuce tomato onion are inherently part of a burger part of the burgers construction.
