How to Introduce Asian Cuisine to a Date

How do you slowly introduce Asian cuisine to this or a different type of cuisine. Something they were not familiar with. For me it would be like I take them to a certain restaurant and see how they respond to it. If they didn't like it they weren't like this is so good. Then I'd kind of be like ooh like I don't know if I like that idea. But I also like I like someone being able to who's open to trying new things. That's really fun.
