Cantor Be Speaker of the House?

There is nothing in the rule book that says a dog can't be speaker of the house. It's called it round once for yes twice for no air, but I'm voting for air, but for speaker. People do always talk about like, oh, you don't even need somebody who's like elected, bro. So you could like get Trump and stuff to be speaker. You've heard that one before.
