What Is Stochastic Terrorism?

Rant by Rant: Stocastic terrorism is the concept that if you whip up hate against a group, don't be shocked if there are attacks against that group. People can really sort of see this as a common sense concept right up until the moment when violence breaks out and then it's like, what are you talking about? How is it even possible? All i'm doing is expressing my opinion. What on earth can you hold me in any way even slightly morally responsible for the terrible act of this other separate person? And all that, to me, makes a lot of sense. The more it matastiizes, the greater the likelihood it results in action.
