If you're going to compete in power lifting, it's going to look different. But if you're a person who is just trying to improve your metabolism, then whatever is the least that we can do that fits really well into your life is what i recommend. And anything else is like bonus. Just don't overdo it on those workouts. You know, if you like, really just want to move, that's a question i get a lot, like, oh, i did the three program workouts for this week, and i just really feel like i want to move. What should i do? Go for a hike with your dogs!
