How Do You Remember to Order Your Grocery?

So I want you to imagine for a moment that you actually have the answer and you know what it is that you need to do without focusing on outcome, focusing on process. So then what are the next steps that I need to take? Or is this more abstract? No, it's more like you want to live a healthy lifestyle. What does that look like? Okay. The list is stocked with the foods that I want to eat that I know are good for us. That way I don't even have the choice of cleaning on the bag of chips. And so if the choice is not there, less likely to make it or less likely to check that box.
