Privacy and Confidentiality Are a Moral Commitment
Census was predicated on an inversion of the commitment of census. We inverted that and said that a sensus is to empower. It is to empower people to be recognized and too, actually self governed. And if we know that these two things to some extent, will have constrained with each other. Is it perfect, but it has to keep ennovating in order to make certain that these commitments can't keep up. Privacy and confidentiality are a moral commitment.
