The Effect of First Class and Business Class on Air Rage
Airlines are an interesting microcosm of where you can see all these different things, butting up against each other. I've had grandmas in business class serving coffee over top of me with their arms shaking like they have Parkinson's. When there's first class and business class in a plane, there's more likely to be air rage by both people in firstclass and business class. The longer the delay, the more likely people are to yell at people who work for the airlines. screaming babies were one of the things that really caused people to go off.
