Marxism Is Not Just About Capitalism, It's About the Industrial Capacity
The industrial system is what makes communism possible. I'm extremely unsympathetic to the notion that we can return to kind of like a quasi pre-capitalist or like a low tech mode of living. And so it's, I'm definitely not one of those, you know, just shut the whole thing down and start over type of people. The idea is to take the things of industrial capacity that give us the potential for a more comfortable, better quality life.And then subject it not to the abstract rationale of capital, but to a concrete humanitarian logic.
