Will Hunt and Rishi Sunak's Psychological Experiment
Jeremy Hunt and Rishi Sunak say they will have to make tough decisions. The hope is that if the interest rate comes down enough, those nasty spending decisions don't have to be quite as severe. But we've had ultra low interest rates for over a decade. Our economic system is kind of not prepared for it. And therefore everyone's panicking. We'll see what happens on 17th November.
