Do You Need a Physical Exam?

There is growing evidence that a yearly physical does not necessarily improve morbidity mortality. There have been groups going around the world practising drive by medicine for decades, and we have a growing body of evidence that says that doesn't help in the long run. We need to provide everybody globally with affordable access to medical care right there in their home towns.
