Managing Complexity at a Broad Scale Remotely
We're a fully remote business, and a lot of our customers have transition to some sort of hybrd model. For me, i think that's the two parts of my work. Like, one more time i get to spend smoothing some of these connections. The more time in face to face meetings we could actually just see, no, create connection and really enjoy a kind of being in the presence of people.
