The Life and Times of Garro

Robert Garro met Edith at a dance in the summer of 1956. The couple married and had two children before moving back to Albany. For a while, it seemed becoming a family man had helped Garro change his ways. He was arrested for stealing hundreds of dollars' worth of electrical equipment three years after meeting Edith.
