Dogs Have a Soul

i can't think of a situation in which an animal would display hope. A soul is just that which gives life to a living thing. plants would have a soul, and any animal would have aSoul. And the rational soul just means that we, well, we have intellect. Animals can imagine things too - but humans are unique in that we can abstract so i can think of just triangularity rather than just this or that particular triangle.
