The Warning Signs of Trafficking

Florida just passed a law that every school has to have an anti-trafficking curriculum. It's also, it's so telling that these trainings aren't aimed at boys. I feel like we have this narrative too that women and girls especially aren't allowed to care about staying safe unless the American foe is like a scary monster. We're not allowed to talk about keeping safe from normal, straight men, especially like the ones that we marry. But if it's about a monster, then we can try and keep people safe, but only from the monster.
