How to Decentralize Your Finance Team

The sharing at the weekly meeting just started, I don't know, a month or two ago. And that's actually something that we've done within our own teams. Every flock has their own set of values. That's really important because when people slip, they know how to get back on. So yeah, I would have done that instead of just doing it kind of like quarterly and not make it part of the weekly part of the brand.
