The Importance of Clarifying Terms in Contracts
In a scenario where the contract isn't clear, there's ambiguity like that. It really depends on the specific scenario to know if something like that would be, would constitute a breach. So definitely make sure that you read those and understand how everything is defined in the contract. I'm fortunate that I was married to somebody that dializes for dollars so it was more important for my family that my schedule be steady and I be the I hold down the domestic force.
