I would say you know long strokes good when they are slow. Because then you can also do the undulations in all of that. So going in deep and like curling it and then coming back out slow. And then for shallow strokes like we said before it's going to be quick. Because no one no no shame. Like no one wants to be stroked with just the just the tip slow. What I think that the first few strokes just to get it wet and like you know establish yourself can be slow but then you quicken it. It doesn't have to be Jack rabbit quick but just quicker than slow because again no one's trying to fit with just the tip just being
