The Role of NAD in Chronic Fatigue

Exercise increases oxidative stress during the exercise, but afterwards you're supposed to like come down from it and recover. But if you don't really, but you don't ever recover from it, then you're never really adapting to it either. And you're suffering all the time. Yeah, so you can look at NAD as a coupler between the hormetic stressor and the recovery process of building yourself back up. Without the NAD, you can't couple those two. NRF2 reacts to oxidative stress. It's not reacting to antioxidants. Right, right.
