The Role of the Courts in the Abortion Rights Movement
Three law professors write in the New York Times that Roe v. Wade simply doesn't go far enough for abortion rights movement today. They say a long-term vision to overturn Dobbs doesn't mean simply returning to Roe. In other words, this is another straightforward argument that there should be no restrictions on abortion whatsoever and the taxpayers should pay for it. Back in 1973, Roe was after all grounded in a worldview that those on the left consider just woefully and oppressively outdated.
