The Benefits of Working in-House

You get a lot of good experience working agencies because of the breadth sometimes you do. You probably need experience from all of that. Thinking of working in-house, you usually don't get the resources you want. And there's also with the people I'm working with right now, some of them interaction designers think they can't choose whatever tool they desire to do. They have specific tools that the organization has bought. Maybe they're dated as well, but you don't get money to actually update that.
