A lot of the nervous system regulation and poly vehicle stuff relies on to is like relearning how to feel safe in the moment. How to because you know through trauma our neuroception is like skewed, which is our brains ability to interpret stimulus as either safer unsafe. And once stimulus has been labeled as unsafe, they have a harder time feeling safe again after thatlike it just get stuck in that state because it's evidence.
