I live in Texas and, you know, yeah, it feels more ruggedly religious. I would imagine that some other parts of the country have experienced this already. But as a Christian, I felt like there was, for most of my life in following Jesus here, if somebody was not a Christian, they weren't antagonistic towards the idea of religion broadly or Christianity specifically. Then I felt like we hit a peak where with the new atheism, where it was almost kind of like valorized and glorified a kind of like militancy around anti-religious sentiment.
